I've been collecting Coke cans since 1986. While not the biggest collection, I enjoy collecting unique Coke cans and bottles from around the world. I also have an unrestored Vendo 81 in my basement. Here’s a link to a list of Coke slogan’s from 1886 to 2002. My favorite one is “Demand the genuine by full name” from 1914. You just don’t hear as many turse edicts in advertising anymore. Now it’s all subtle suggestions. The shortest promotion, lasting only 3 months before it was replaced in September of 1979 was the memorable slogan, ”Just shut-up anf drink it”.
